Project Completion & After Care
[RIBA Stages 7 | Plan of Work – In Use]
Checking the final finish of each component product in your kitchen is a crucial part of what we do – it’s one of the last stages of our quality control and we need to check each hinge, finish, polish, edge and installation detail. Once complete, we hand the finished kitchen over to you. If there are any defects awaiting attention, these are communicated in a schedule and each point [if any] is signed off once, and only once, completed to your satisfaction.
- Inspect kitchen installation at each and every stage of completion
- Arrange and supervise any points raised in the ‘Handover Report’
- Final project meeting: inspection and sign-off
As a complimentary additional service, we will liaise with you at the 6 month stage for a kitchen fitter [the same if possible] to revisit your property by arrangement in order to carry out a ‘Kitchen MOT’ in which everything will be thoroughly checked, adjustments made and follow-up advice offered if any day-to-day scuffs/nicks have occured.
