We want to design and deliver kitchens which offer you, our customers, so much more than just a set of components. We wanted to bring you a complete concept, authentic in its origins and which would leave you with a legacy, a lifestyle.

A Guide to Our Kitchen Design Process

YOU ENQUIRE

Initial Discussion

Our first discussion, usually by phone. We'll talk about your project and try to help you understand what we can do, the quality and variety we can offer and other preliminary details. 

The Brief

A carefully prepared design brief is at the heart of what we do and we’ll approach your project with enthusiasm. We’ll listen as well as advise and help you determine which brand best meets your needs. Draft projects and estimates will help you develop your ideas.

Decision to Proceed

Your initial commitment to enter the formal design and refine process. You'll be happy with the design options avaiable to you and we'll have a clear budget to work to.

It's at this point you'll be asked for a small design deposit which will be credited to your final order.

Design & Refine

We'll start to focus on just one or two design options and will be looking at the details of functionality, lighting, appliances and similar.

Design & Refine

Interior Design

This is where it really starts to feel real, as we visualise the finished space.

We'll now be looking to finalise the colours, materials and finishes of your new kitchen. Worktops, cabinets, flooring and paint will all come into consideration.

Placing the Order

Dotting the T's, crossing the I's... a final survey and discussion to check everything fits like a glove and run through timeframes, logistics and installation planning.

Approximately 6-8 weeks later, your new kitchen will have been delivered, checked and installation begun.

Duration: 1-3 weeks [depending on size and worktop selections]

I take a personal interest in your satisfaction with the outcome of your kitchen refurbishment.

Things happen - we all understand that. It's how we deal with them which matters.

Any nips and tucks will be attended to; any remedial items supplied and processed as soon as possible, free of charge.

Above all, you will be kept up-to-date and in the picture at all times.

That said... 9/10 times we get it spot on first time ;-)
